About this appling gift
Appling is a small name for a place, and the people who call it home tend to hold on to it. A shirt or mug that says Appling is how someone from there tells people where they're from, whether they live nearby or have moved far away. Little places like this often have a strong sense of community, with families who've been around for generations and neighbors who know each other by name. A gift that carries the town's name works best for someone who misses it, is proud of it, or wants a reminder of where they started. You can make it personal by adding a second line for a year, a street, a class or a family name, so it reads as their Appling rather than just any town shirt. Mugs suit the morning routine, hoodies suit the colder months, and kids tees and onesies can start the next generation wearing the name early.
