About this boerboel gift
A Boerboel is a big, serious dog, a South African mastiff type that was bred to guard farms and families, and the owners who love them tend to be just as devoted. The breed is known for its calm, watchful temperament with the people it trusts, and for a loyalty that shows up in long walks, couch naps and a lot of leaning against your legs. A gift for someone who shares a home with one should nod to that bond. A shirt or hoodie with Boerboel on the front is the easy version, and a second line with the dog's name turns it into a portrait of their life together. Many owners also go to dog parks, shows and rescue events, where a matching shirt helps people spot each other. For the owner who is always cleaning up slobber and fur, a mug with the dog's name is a small daily reminder of who the real boss is.
