About this east texas cente gift
East Texas Center is a city name that carries a lot of local meaning for the people who live there. Residents of a place like this tend to care about it in a plain, loyal way: they know the back roads, the high school football scores and which diner still does the good breakfast. A shirt or mug with the town name is how they say they're from there, whether they still live there or moved away for work and came back for holidays. Because the name is specific, a design with it reads as personal rather than like a souvenir. If you're shopping for someone who grew up there, think about the small details of their life in town and use the second line on the design for a graduation year, a street or a nickname from the old days. It's a gift that says you know where they come from.
