About this galena gift
Galena is a small river town in northwestern Illinois, tucked into a valley with steep limestone bluffs and a historic Main Street. People who grew up there, or who moved away for work and still call it home, tend to hold on to the name tightly. A shirt that says Galena is how they show it off on a trip, at a college campus far from the Midwest, or at a family reunion where someone always asks where they're from. Because it's a small place, the local pride runs deep and the details matter. Add the year they graduated from the high school, a street name, or the year they moved back, and the design becomes personal rather than a souvenir. A mug works well for the kitchen of someone who misses home, and a hoodie suits the cold months that Galena is known for. You can type the town name in the main line and a second line for anything that makes it theirs.
