About this haviland gift
Haviland is a small name for a place, and the people who call it home tend to know its quiet corners better than any map does. Someone from Haviland may be the one who remembers which road floods in April, or who still drives past the house they grew up in just to see if the lilacs came back. A shirt with the town's name is how they say where they're from without a long explanation. Add a street, a school year or a family name on a second line and it becomes theirs in a way a generic tee never can. For someone who left and misses it, a mug on the kitchen counter is a small daily reminder. For someone who stayed, a hoodie for the cold months says the town is still worth wearing. Since Haviland is less familiar to most people than a big city, a line of personal detail on the design is what makes it land.
