About this help desk internship gift
A help desk internship is usually the first time someone is handed a headset and told to fix the printer, reset a password and calm down an angry VP, often in the same hour. Interns in this role tend to be students or career changers who are learning fast and working long days in a support queue. A gift that acknowledges that first stretch lands well. A light tee for the commute or the first day on site, a hoodie for the cold server closet or the late shift, and a mug for the desk where the coffee is always half gone. The personalization matters here. Put their name on it, or add the year and the company's department in the second line if you know it, so the shirt says this is their internship and not just a generic IT shirt. For a whole intern cohort, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a good end-of-program gift.
