About this manager council gift
A manager council is usually a group of people who keep a business or organization running: setting priorities, settling disputes, and carrying decisions back to their teams. Members tend to spend a lot of time in meetings and a lot of time thinking after them, so a gift that acknowledges the role lands well. A tee or hoodie with the council title is something they can wear to the office or a planning retreat, and a mug suits the desk where the agendas pile up. The title is a good starting point because it's specific to them. You can add a second line for a term year, a department, or the name of the council itself, which turns a general work shirt into something that marks their particular seat at the table. If you're buying for a whole council, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with each person's name underneath, which makes a good farewell or appreciation gift for the group.
