About this manager flight gift
A flight manager runs the operations side of an airline flight, keeping the schedule, the crew, the gate changes and the passengers moving when weather or a late inbound aircraft throws everything off. Their days start early, often before dawn, and they spend a lot of them on a headset or a radio while the rest of the airport looks calm. A gift that acknowledges that pressure lands well. A dark tee or hoodie suits the long shifts on the ramp and in the ops room, and an 11 oz mug is the one thing that stays on their desk through the second coffee and the third delay. Add the word flight manager, or put the airline's name or a crew base on a second line if you know it, and the gift reads as theirs rather than generic airport merch. If you're buying for a whole operations team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
