About this marlette gift
Marlette is a small town, and I don't know enough about it to say anything specific about its streets, events or history, so I'll keep this to the person who'd be buying and receiving the gift. People who grew up in a place like Marlette often carry its name for a long time, whether they stayed, moved for school or ended up across the country. A shirt with the town name is how they claim it at a reunion, on a road trip, or on a casual Saturday. Add a second line for a graduation year, a street, or the year they moved away and it becomes their story rather than a generic souvenir. For someone who's far from home, a mug or a hoodie carries that connection into an ordinary day. Think about where they're living now, and whether the design should say Marlette loud and proud or keep it quiet and personal.
