About this meeting planner gift
Meeting planners are the people who make a conference run on time, which means they spend most of the event on their feet, juggling hotel contracts, room blocks, speakers who missed their flight and a catering order that changed twice. They're often the last one to sit down and the first one to notice a sign pointing the wrong way. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A soft tee for the long travel days, a hoodie for the chilly ballroom where they're always running the AV check, or a mug for the hotel coffee they grab between sessions. Put their title on it, meeting planner or event manager, and add the year they started or the kind of events they run, like conferences or weddings. If you're buying for a whole planning team, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nicer thank-you after a big event than another round of boxed lunches.
