About this pequea gift
Pequea is a small place, and most people who grew up there are proud of it in a quiet way. A shirt with the name is how a former resident lets people know where they're from, whether that's a hometown reunion, a trip back for the holidays, or a college dorm where nobody else has heard of it. Small-town gifts land best when they feel like they belong to that person. Add a second line with a year, a school class or a family name, and the shirt stops being a souvenir and becomes a little piece of their history. Pequea works well on a hoodie for cold-weather visits home, on a mug for the kitchen of someone who moved away, or on a baby onesie for a new arrival who will be the next generation from there. Since the place is small, a shopper who knows the area will often have the best ideas for the second line.
