About this placement supervisor gift
A placement supervisor spends a lot of the day matching people to the right spot, whether that's a student to a practicum site, a nurse to a shift, or a candidate to a job. It's a role that runs on phone calls, spreadsheets and last-minute changes, and the people doing it often get little recognition beyond the paperwork. A gift that shows you noticed the work tends to land well. Put their title on a tee or hoodie, add the department or program they work for, and the shirt becomes specific to their life rather than a generic office joke. A mug with their title is a small daily reminder that someone appreciates the coordination behind the scenes. If you're buying for a whole team that does placements together, the Team Shop lets you put every name on its own shirt in one order.
