About this plattsburgh gift
Plattsburgh is a small city on the western shore of Lake Champlain in upstate New York, and the people who call it home tend to hold on to it. Many of them grew up with the lake in view, the Adirondacks to the east and winters that test everyone's patience. A Plattsburgh shirt is a way to claim that place, whether for a local heading out to the water in summer or a former resident who moved away for work and misses the drive along the lake. Because it's a city people leave and come back to, the gift lands best when it feels rooted: add the year they graduated from a local school, a street, or the neighborhood they grew up in. A hoodie suits the cold months, and a mug works for the transplant who wants a daily reminder of home. Keep the text simple and the shirt does the rest.
