About this production trainer gift
A production trainer usually spends their days on the floor, getting new operators up to speed on machines, safety steps and the way the line actually runs, often on a shift that starts before the sun is up. They're the person people ask when something is about to go sideways, so the gifts that land tend to be practical and a little bit proud. A tee they can wear on the floor, a hoodie for the cold break room or the drive in, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they make for the trainees. The trick is to make it theirs: put their name on it, or the line, plant or shift they train on in the second line. If you're buying for a whole training crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a nicer way to say thanks than another box of donuts.
