About this public relations intern gift
A public relations intern is usually the person who learns the job fastest and gets the least credit for it. They're pitching stories to reporters, drafting press releases that get rewritten by someone above them, sitting in on client calls, and somehow keeping track of a dozen media lists at once. Internships tend to run for a semester or a summer, and a lot of these students are also juggling classes or a second job. A gift that acknowledges the hustle lands well. A tee with their role on it works for the first day of the internship, and a hoodie is the right thing for the cold office or the commute to a late meeting. Add their name, a school name or a year on a second line and the design becomes theirs rather than a generic intern shirt. For a student who just finished, a mug for the first real job search is a small reminder that the work counted.
All public relations intern gifts →- A tee for the first dayA light or dark tee with their title gives them something to wear on the first day of the internship, when they're still figuring out the dress code.
- A hoodie for late press deadlinesPublic relations interns often end up staying late to finish a release or prep for a morning pitch, and a hoodie covers that long evening in the office.
- A name mug for the cramped deskAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps coffee from walking off a shared desk during a long week of media calls.
- A kids tee for a family jokeIf the intern is a younger sibling or a cousin, a kids tee with their role on it makes a good running joke at family dinners.
