About this relief manager gift
A relief manager is the person who steps in when the regular shift lead is out, the closing manager who has to hold the floor and the schedule together, and the one who knows every store's quirks without being told. Their days are mostly unpredictable: a call at six in the morning, a shift that runs long, a new team to learn by lunch. What tends to land with someone in that role is a gift that acknowledges the flexibility without turning it into a joke about being everywhere and nowhere. A tee or hoodie with their title makes them visible in the place where the job usually goes unseen. A mug for the back office is useful on the days they're covering two locations. You can make it theirs by typing relief manager on its own line, then adding a second line for their name, the store or region they cover, or the year they took the role.
