About this rn community gift
RNs who work in the community are often the ones driving between home visits, clinics and schools, managing a bag of supplies and a long list of families who depend on them. They rarely work a single unit, so a gift that reflects where they actually spend their days lands better than a generic nurse shirt. Community nurses tend to be out of the building most of the week, so a mug for the car or a hoodie for cold morning visits gets real use. Put RN and the words community health on the design, or the name of their agency or program if they'd like it, and it reads as their work rather than a costume. For a whole team, one design in the Team Shop with each nurse's name on their own shirt is a practical way to recognize everyone at once, especially during Nurses Week, which runs May 6 to 12 every year.
