About this supervisor internship gift
A supervisor intern is usually in the middle of a lot at once: learning the job, carrying real responsibility for a small team, and trying to look like they know what they're doing while they figure it out. Long days, a stack of feedback notes, and a reporting structure that's still being sorted out. A gift that acknowledges that stretch lands well. A soft tee for the commute, a hoodie for the office that runs cold, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they'll need before the first meeting. Put the word on it as they've written it, and add a second line for a team, a department or a year if you know them. It turns a generic work shirt into something that marks this particular internship. If you're buying for a whole cohort of interns, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nicer send-off than another round of cake.
