About this supervisor training gift
Supervisor training is a word for someone who's already been handed a lot of responsibility and is still figuring out how to carry it. They're learning to run a schedule, give feedback that doesn't sting, handle the employee who keeps calling in sick on Mondays, and be the person the team comes to when something goes wrong. A gift for them should acknowledge that they're in the middle of it. A soft tee for the first week of onboarding, a hoodie for the long days when the paperwork piles up, or a mug for the coffee they'll need before the morning huddle. Put the word on the design, and if they're training for a particular role or shift, use the second line for it. The shirt then says they're on their way, which is usually what someone in training most wants to hear.
