About this clay center gift
Clay Center is a small town, and people who grew up there tend to hold onto that. A shirt with the town name is how someone who left for college or a job in a bigger city tells people where they're really from, and how a family that still lives there shows it to the out-of-town cousins at a reunion. Small-town gifts land when they feel personal rather than like a souvenir-shop tee, so think about what ties this person to the place: a school class year, a family name, the street they grew up on. Those second-line details turn a town name into their town. A hoodie suits someone heading into a cold winter somewhere else, and a mug fits the kitchen of someone who still answers the phone with the town's name. Because the word is a town, the designs focus on the name itself, and you can add your own line of text to make it personal.
