About this grand blanc gift
Grand Blanc is a Michigan city in Genesee County, just north of Flint, and the people who call it home tend to hold on to it. Whether they grew up there, went to school in the area or moved back after years away, a Grand Blanc shirt says they belong to a particular place rather than to Michigan in general. The city's name is also a conversation starter, since it's French and most visitors have to ask how to say it. For the local who's proud of their hometown, a tee or hoodie is an easy everyday way to wear it. For someone who moved away, an 11 oz mug with the city name is a daily reminder of where they're from. A second line with a year, a school class or a street makes the gift feel like it was made for them, not picked off a rack.
