About this la honda gift
La Honda is a small unincorporated town in the hills of San Mateo County, in the redwoods west of Skyline Boulevard. People who live there tend to love it for the quiet, the trees and the distance from the bustle of the Peninsula, and a shirt with the town name is how they claim it. Many of them are the ones who drive the winding roads every day, or who grew up there and moved away for school or work. A La Honda tee or hoodie suits someone who spends weekends hiking, or who feels that sense of belonging only up in the hills. Because the place is small, the town name alone can make the gift feel personal to anyone who knows it. You can add a street, a year or a nickname on a second line to make it theirs. For the friend who now lives in a city and misses the trees, a mug with the town name is a daily reminder of where they're from.
