About this ortley gift
Ortley is a small place, and the people who grew up there tend to hold onto it. A town name on a shirt is how someone who left wears where they're from, whether that's a visit home, a move to a bigger city, or just a quiet pride in a place most people have never heard of. Because the name itself carries the meaning, the strongest gifts usually add something only the recipient would recognize: the street they lived on, the year they moved, or the family name tied to the town. A hoodie works well for cold-weather trips back, a tee suits someone who wants to start a conversation, and a mug is the daily reminder for the person who misses home. You know this place better than most designers do, so type in the detail that makes it theirs.
