About this pawcatuck gift
Pawcatuck is a village in the town of Stonington, right on the Connecticut and Rhode Island line, so the name often gets people asking which state they're from. Someone who grew up there or still calls it home usually has a strong sense of place, from the river and the bridge to the friends who never left town. A Pawcatuck shirt or hoodie is a simple way to say where they're from, and it works for the person who moved away and misses the old streets as much as for the one who still sees the same people at the store. For a gift that lands, put the village name first and add a second line only if it feels right to them, such as a street, a year, or a class they graduated with. A mug suits the kitchen table, a tee suits everyday wear, and a baby onesie is a fun way to start a new generation of Pawcatuck kids.
