About this penelope gift
Penelope is a given name rather than a place, so this page is about the person who carries it and the kind of gift that fits them. A name shirt works for a birthday, a first-day-of-school photo or a best friend who finally gets the nickname they've wanted. Penelope also has a long literary history, since the name belongs to the wife in Homer's Odyssey who waited twenty years for her husband to return, and a shopper might find that a nice detail to mention in a card. Practically, a name on a shirt or mug reads as affectionate and personal. For a child, a kids tee or baby onesie with Penelope on it makes a clear first gift. For an adult, a hoodie or mug with their name is the kind of thing they keep using. You can add a second line for a nickname, a year or a favorite word, and the preview will show you how it sits before you order.
