About this tecopa gift
Tecopa is a small desert community in Inyo County, California, tucked into the Amargosa River area near the Death Valley region, and people who live there tend to be proud of the quiet, the big sky and the hot springs that draw visitors. Someone from Tecopa, or someone who has spent time there, may treasure a shirt that marks a place most people have never heard of. The best Tecopa gifts lean into that sense of being from somewhere specific and remote. Put the word on a shirt and add a second line for a year, a family name or the street they live on, so the gift reads as personal rather than generic. Because it's a small place, a mug or hoodie with the town name is likely to be one of the few of its kind the recipient owns, which is part of the appeal.
