About this doctor gift
Doctors run on little sleep, long charts and a lot of coffee, and most of the gifts they get are either stiff or corny. The ones that get used are the ones that feel like them. A soft tee for the weekend they finally have off, a hoodie for the cold hospital hallways, a mug that holds enough to get through rounds. Put the specialty on it, whether that's pediatrics, cardiology, surgery or family medicine, and it reads like it was made for them rather than grabbed off a rack. If they've just finished residency or med school, add the year or the MD after their name, and it marks something they worked a decade for. National Doctors' Day is March 30 in the US, and graduation season in May and June is when new physicians get the most gifts. For a whole practice or department, one design with each person's name saves you from collecting sizes by hand.
