About this um rn gift
A nurse who works RN shifts gets through the day on coffee, sensible shoes and the knowledge that their coworkers have their back. The gifts that land are the ones that make the off hours easier: a soft tee for the drive home, a hoodie for the freezing break room, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't walk off the unit. What works best is the detail that shows you know the job. Put RN on the shirt, and add the unit they work on, whether that's ICU, ER, labor and delivery or med-surg. Their name on the design makes it personal. If you're buying for a whole floor, one design with each nurse's name on their own shirt is a better gift than another round of snacks. Nurses Week falls in early May, and new grads often finish school around the same time, so that's a common moment to order.
