About this change manager gift
Change managers spend their days helping other people get through transitions that nobody asked for, like a new system rollout, a reorganized department or a merger that ripples into everyone's inbox. They sit between leadership and the people doing the work, which means their job is part planning, part translation and part keeping everyone calm. A gift that acknowledges that lands well. A tee or hoodie that reads Change Manager is a little joke they'll appreciate on the days a project goes sideways. A mug on their desk gives them a steady reminder during long stakeholder meetings. You can make it theirs by adding the team or program they're leading in the second line, or the methodology they trained in. If you're buying for a whole change team after a big launch, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
