About this equip tech gift
An equip tech, short for equipment technician, is the person who keeps the machines running, often in a shop, a plant, a fleet garage, or a field office. They tend to be the one who gets called at six in the morning when something won't start, and they spend a lot of their day in coveralls with grease under their nails. A gift that acknowledges the actual work lands best: a hoodie for the cold early-morning bay, a tee for the weekend project in the driveway, or a mug for the coffee they drink while the diagnostics run. Put equip tech on the front and add their shop, their crew, or their title on the second line so it's specific to them. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a lot more useful than another round of donuts.
