About this lab assistant gift
Lab assistants keep the work moving: they prep samples, calibrate equipment, log results and make sure the bench is stocked before the scientists walk in. It's a job that gets less credit than it deserves, and a gift that acknowledges the actual work lands well. A tee or hoodie with lab assistant on it is a nice start, but the detail that makes it theirs is the lab itself. Add their department, the institution they work for, or the year they started, if that's something they'd want on the shirt. Lab coats are often in the closet at work, so a hoodie or tee for the commute or the weekend is more likely to get worn. A mug works well for the bench, where coffee and stained glassware tend to share space. If you're buying for a whole lab team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
