About this ulster gift
Ulster is a name that carries a lot of history, but for most people it's first of all a place: a county and province in the north of Ireland, and the place a lot of Ulster-Scots and Ulster families still call home. A shirt that says Ulster is how someone who grew up there, or whose family did, shows where they're from, whether they're at a reunion, a match, or a far-off city where nobody has heard of the place. Because it's a region rather than a single town, the second line is where the personal detail lives: a town, a county, or a family name, or a year they left or came home. For the one who moved away, an Ulster mug is a daily reminder of home, and an Ulster hoodie suits the cold mornings that sometimes feel like they came straight from the old country. Add the specific place they're from and the gift will feel like theirs rather than a generic souvenir.
