About this engineering manager gift
An engineering manager spends a lot of the week in meetings, planning sprints, and trying to protect their engineers from interruptions, and then gets blamed when something ships late anyway. A gift that acknowledges that job lands well. Think about what they actually carry: the standups, the one-on-ones, the roadmap that changes every quarter. A tee or hoodie they can wear to a weekend project or the team offsite says they're proud of the role without making it a joke. A mug is the daily companion for the stretch of mornings spent reviewing pull requests and staffing plans. To make it theirs, add a second line with their team, their company's product area, or the year they took the job. That turns a generic job shirt into a memory of their own path. If you're buying for a whole management group or an entire engineering team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
