About this academic intern gift
An academic intern is usually a student or recent grad working a semester or summer inside a lab, a department, a research group or an office, learning the work by doing it. Their days mix early mornings, a stack of reading, and small tasks that matter more than they look. A gift that acknowledges that stretch of hard work and new beginnings tends to land well. Put their role on a tee for the drive to the building, a hoodie for the cold lab or the first winter of classes, or a mug for the coffee that gets them through the morning. Add their field or their program year on a second line, like Biology or Summer 2025, so the shirt reflects the work they're actually doing. If you're buying for a whole cohort, one design in the Team Shop with each intern's name on their own shirt makes a thoughtful send-off at the end of the term.
