About this account liaison gift
An account liaison lives in the middle. They're the person a client emails when something's off and the person the internal team trusts to translate what the client actually meant. The job is part diplomat, part project tracker, and a lot of it happens in calls, inboxes and the occasional emergency Slack thread. So the gifts that land are the ones that fit a workday full of talking: a mug that sits on the desk through every video call, a hoodie for the chilly office, a tee for the casual Friday that finally arrived. Put their name on it, or a line that sums up the role, like Client Whisperer or Chief Problem Solver. If they've just landed the title, a promotion or work anniversary is a good moment. If you're buying for a department, the Team Shop lets everyone get the same design with their own name.
