About this acting supervisor gift
An acting supervisor is in the middle of a job that isn't quite theirs yet. They're running the shift, signing the schedules and fielding the questions, often while still doing their old work on the side. It can be a stretch of a few weeks or a year, and it usually means they were trusted with more because someone noticed. A gift for them works best when it acknowledges that, with a little humor and no pressure about what comes next. A tee that says Acting Supervisor is a good-natured way to wear the title before it's official, and a mug on the desk tells the team who's in charge today. You can add their name, their team or their department on a second line, so it reads as theirs and not as a joke anyone could buy. If the whole group wants to cheer them on, or you're marking the day the acting comes off the title, the Team Shop makes matching shirts simple.
