About this activities associate gift
An activities associate is the person who makes the day worth getting up for. They run bingo, set up the craft table, wheel someone out to the courtyard for the singalong, and remember who likes the window seat. It's work that's all energy and patience, usually done on their feet with a bag of supplies over one shoulder. The gifts that land are the ones that tell them somebody notices. A tee they can wear on a program day, a hoodie for the chilly mornings before the residents are up, a mug with their name so it doesn't vanish from the staff lounge. Make it theirs by typing in their name, the facility, or a line like Activities Team. If you're buying for a department, the Team Shop prints one design with every person's name. Appreciation gifts for activity professionals often come around Activity Professionals Week in January, so it's a good time to order ahead.
