About this advertising manager gift
Advertising managers live in a world of briefs, budgets, client calls and deadlines that always seem to land on Friday afternoon. They're the person who has to say yes to the big idea and no to the scope creep, often in the same meeting. That makes them tough to shop for, because what they want is a break from work talk, but a little recognition for the work itself goes over well. A mug with their title on it earns a spot next to the monitor, and a hoodie is the thing they'll throw on during a late campaign push. Change the second line to their agency team, their favorite channel or an inside joke from the last launch, and it feels chosen for them. If you manage a creative group, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name makes a good kickoff or wrap-up gift. Promotions and work anniversaries are natural moments to give one.
