About this application engineer gift
Application engineers are the people who go onto a customer's site, figure out how a product actually fits the problem, and then stay on the call until it works. They spend their days translating between the technical team and whoever is paying for the thing, which is a lot of context switching and not much recognition. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well: a tee they can wear to a customer site without it feeling like a costume, a hoodie for the long days in cold conference rooms, or a mug that claims the desk they actually sit at. Put their name on it, and add a second line with their team, product area or the role title they carry. Engineers tend to notice when a gift is generic, so the more specific the wording, the more likely it gets worn. You can also order one design for a whole group through the Team Shop, which works well when a regional support team wants matching shirts for a customer event.
All application engineer gifts →- A tee for customer visitsA light or dark tee with their name and the role title works for both the office and a customer site.
- A hoodie for cold conference roomsMany engineers spend long stretches in air-conditioned labs and meeting rooms, so a hoodie gets real use.
- A mug for the deskAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps the coffee from walking off during a long debugging session.
- Matching team shirtsUse the Team Shop to put one design on the whole application engineering group, with each person's name on their own shirt.
