About this assembler gift
An assembler is the person who turns parts into a working thing, whether that's a car door on a factory line, a circuit board at an electronics plant, or a bike or piece of furniture packed up and sent out. The work is repetitive and precise, done on hard floors with tools in hand, and the people who do it well are quick to notice when a shirt or mug actually gets the job right. A tee that says Assembler with their line or shift on the second line tells coworkers they're proud of the work. For someone who sits at a bench or stands at a station most of the day, a hoodie is a practical pick for a cold plant floor, and a mug for the break room is the kind of small thing that gets used every shift. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop gives everybody their own shirt without a group-text size chart.
