About this base jumper gift
BASE jumpers leap from fixed objects like cliffs, antennas, bridges and spans, and the people who do it tend to live for the exit and the landing. A gift that fits that life is something they can wear to the drop zone or the crag, or drink from while they pack a canopy. Keep the word BASE jumper front and center; it's what they call themselves and what the people around them recognize. A second line can carry the thing they most want to mark, a jump count, a home cliff, or a favorite object they've gone off. Hoodies work well for cold mornings on the rim, and a dark tee suits the gear-bag crowd. Because the sport is small and tight, a gift with the right name on it lands as a sign that you know what they actually do.
