About this building maintenance supervisor gift
A building maintenance supervisor is the person who gets the call when the boiler quits at 6 a.m. or the elevator stops between floors. They spend their days on rounds, checking mechanical rooms, coordinating contractors, and making sure the building runs quietly for everyone else. Most of the work goes unnoticed until something breaks, so a gift that acknowledges the job itself tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is comfortable for a shift that involves crawl spaces and loading docks. A mug for the maintenance office or the truck gives them something that's theirs in a room full of shared tools. You can add a second line with the building name, their crew, or their years on the job to make it personal. If you're shopping for a whole maintenance team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to say thanks to a crew that keeps the lights on.
