About this camp nurse gift
A camp nurse works in a world that's part medicine, part summer camp: scraped knees and bee stings in the morning, homesick kids and stomachaches at night, and a clinic that's often a single room with a cot and a wall of supplies. Most camp nurses are on call the whole season, so the gifts that land are the ones that go wherever they go. A soft tee for the long drive to camp, a hoodie for cool mornings by the lake, a mug for the first coffee before the first sick call. Put camp nurse on the front and add the camp's name or the summer year on the second line, so it reads as theirs and not a generic nursing shirt. Many camp nurses come back for multiple seasons, so a year on the design is a nice way to mark the first one. Order a few weeks before camp opens, since that's when most staff start building their summer wardrobe.
