About this care trainer gift
A care trainer teaches people how to do work that matters a lot and gets noticed very little. They're often the one who shows a new aide how to transfer a resident safely, who runs the skills lab at 6 a.m. before a shift, and who gets the call when someone freezes during a real emergency. Their days are split between the classroom and the floor, and they usually care about the job as much as the people they train. A gift that acknowledges that lands well. Add their title or their setting in the second line, such as Care Trainer, Instructor or the name of the facility, so it reads as their job and not a generic shirt. Coffee is an easy default, but a mug with their name is the one that ends up on the desk in the training room, where it gets used every day. If you're buying for a whole team of trainers or a graduating class, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
