About this collections specialist gift
Collections specialists spend their days on phone calls and account notes, often with people who are having a hard time, so the work is steady and easy to underrate. A gift that acknowledges the job directly tends to land better than a generic office joke. A mug with their title for the desk, a soft tee for the commute, or a hoodie for the cold office floor all say you see what they do. Add a second line with their team, region, or a year they started, and the shirt stops being a generic work tee and becomes theirs. For a whole collections team, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and paste everyone's name so each person gets their own shirt in their own size. It's a nice way to mark a team milestone or a quiet year-end thank you.
