About this cook manager gift
A cook manager runs the line and the back of house at the same time. They're checking ticket times, tasting sauces, reordering produce and covering the prep cook who called out, often on a shift that starts before sunrise and ends after the dinner rush. The gifts that land are the ones that suit that schedule: a hoodie for the cold walk-in and the early delivery, a dark tee that hides the sauce splatter, a mug for the few quiet minutes with the schedule before service. Put cook manager on the front and add a second line with the restaurant's name, the year they got the job, or the station they started on, and the shirt becomes theirs and not a generic kitchen tee. Kitchens are a tight crew, so one design with each cook's name on their own shirt makes a good team gift for a whole staff.
