About this culture manager gift
A culture manager spends the day keeping a team's sense of itself intact: planning the offsite, running the all-hands, noticing when the Slack channel has gone quiet, and answering for the values poster that nobody reads until something goes wrong. It's a job that's easy to undervalue because the results are mostly invisible. A gift that names the work, rather than just the title, tends to land better. A hoodie for the cold conference room, a tee for the company picnic, or a mug for the desk where the planning happens all say that you see what they do. To make it theirs, add a second line with their team, their company's first name, or the year they took the role. If you're buying for the whole people team or a group of managers, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which is a fun way to mark a shared project landing.
