About this cycle liaison gift
A cycle liaison usually sits between the people writing the work and the people trying to ship it, chasing dates, untangling conflicts and keeping the schedule from quietly falling apart. That job is mostly coordination, which means their wins are invisible and their days run on meetings, messages and reminders. A gift that acknowledges the role lands well: a tee or hoodie they can wear on the days they're running the sprint review, or a mug for the desk where the calendar never stops. Put the word on the design, then add the team, program or cycle they run, so it reads as their own role rather than a generic job title. If you're buying for a whole group that works the cycle together, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt. Coordinators tend to appreciate a gift that shows someone noticed what they actually do.
