About this delivery lead gift
A delivery lead usually runs the route before the trucks even leave the yard. They're the one who reshuffles stops when a customer cancels, calls the dispatcher when a road closes, and makes sure the drivers are looked after on the longest days of the week. That kind of work is easy to overlook until something goes wrong, so a gift that says they're the one everyone relies on tends to land well. A tee or hoodie is useful on early loading mornings, and a mug fits the break room or the truck cab. Put their title on the front, or add the depot, shift or team name underneath. If you're thanking a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste each person's name, so everyone gets a shirt that's theirs.
