About this design lead gift
A design lead spends the day balancing what a product should look like against what engineers can build and what the team can ship before the next review. They sit between the designers and everyone else, which means a lot of their work happens in meetings and critique rooms, and a lot of their evenings go to one more pass on the same screen. A gift that acknowledges that role lands well: a tee they can wear to the office on a Friday, a hoodie for the long stretch of sprint planning, or a mug for the desk where the feedback notes pile up. Put the title on it, or the team name if they have one, and it becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole design team, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to feel better than another gift card.
